Today I'm making "Semlor"! Swedish cardamom buns with almond paste and whipped cream! Have been craving them for weeks now and hoping the result is going to be way better than last year's batch which ended up in the trash.

Update: Didn't have any powdered sugar and the almond paste could have been a little fresher. But I succeeded!
